The bread bakers choice: This gluten-free fine baking mix for dark bread, featuring a strong wholemeal character, is the perfect basis for tasty breads and baked goods. By adding different seeds, the mix can be supplemented and reinterpreted over and over again.

Thickening agent: guar flour
Emulsifier: lecithin (soy)
Acidifier: citric acid
